Blessed Assurance Christian Assembly was founded by Tim and Joyce James as a second church plant in Houston, Texas in June, 2013. We welcome you to join us and experience an atmosphere of love and family! B.A.C.A, as our church is known, has a strong teaching ministry and the Manifest Presence of God is often shown through the ministry's prophetic flow.
